ABOUT TRINITY HOSPICE

Learn more about our mission, values, and leadership.

At Trinity Hospice, we believe that everyone deserves comfort, dignity, and compassionate care in their final stages of life. Our dedicated team works tirelessly to support patients and families during challenging times.

OUR MISSION

Fueled by Purpose, Guided by Vision

At Trinity Hospice, our mission is simple: to provide compassionate, end-of-life care to individuals facing terminal illnesses.

We exist to bring comfort, dignity, and peace to every patient and their families during life’s most difficult journey. We believe no one should face the end of life alone or in pain.

OUR HISTORY

Trinity Hospice Care Of Georgia Is A Locally Owned And Operated Company Founded By Two Nurses And Veterans, Stephen Molineaux & Joe Falsetta.

With decades of experience in all facets of hospice care, their vision was simple yet revolutionary: to build the kind of hospice organization they would have wanted to work for during their time as nurses—a place where patients receive exceptional care from a dedicated and compassionate team.

WHAT IS HOSPICE CARE?

Hospice care is specialized care designed to provide support to individuals with life-limiting illnesses.

Our goal is to prioritize comfort and quality of life rather than curative treatments. This care extends beyond the patient, offering support and resources to families navigating this challenging time.

MISSION TO LEADERSHIP CONNECTION

How Our Leadership Drives Our Mission

At Trinity Hospice Care of Georgia, our leadership shapes every aspect of the care we provide. Stephen and Joe’s nursing and military service taught them the value of teamwork, compassion, and efficiency—qualities that now form the bedrock of our hospice model.

Under their guidance, our entire team is dedicated to one goal: delivering exceptional, person-centered care that respects the dignity, comfort, and wishes of every patient and family we serve.

Our mission is not just words. Placing people over profits: Then, Now, Always.
