Trinity Hospice Care Of Georgia Is A Locally Owned And Operated Company Founded By Two Nurses And Veterans, Stephen Molineaux & Joe Falsetta.
With decades of experience in all facets of hospice care, their vision was simple yet revolutionary: to build the kind of hospice organization they would have wanted to work for during their time as nurses—a place where patients receive exceptional care from a dedicated and compassionate team.

Stephen G. Molineaux is the founder and CEO of Trinity Hospice Care of Georgia, dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-first end-of-life care. With a background as a paramedic, LPN, Army ICU nurse/Combat Medic and healthcare entrepreneur, Stephen has spent his career advocating for dignity, comfort, and ethical excellence in hospice care.
Rooted in faith and innovation, Stephen leads Trinity Hospice with a mission to elevate the standard of care, ensuring that every patient receives expert symptom management, personalized support, and unwavering compassion. His leadership blends clinical expertise with cutting-edge advancements, setting a new benchmark for humane, dignified hospice care.

Chief Nursing Officer
Joe Falsetta is the founder, Nurse Practitioner, and Chief Nursing Officer of Trinity Hospice Care of Georgia, committed to delivering patient-centered, compassionate end-of-life care. A nurse since 2007, Joe’s diverse background spans hospice, medical-surgical, ICU, mental health, nursing homes, army nursing, and assisted living. His extensive experience ensures that Trinity upholds the highest standards of comfort and dignity for patients and families.
In 2022, Joe advanced his career by becoming a nurse practitioner specializing in acute care, further strengthening his expertise in managing complex patient needs. Joe has also attended the Univeristy of Alabama, where he graduated to obtain a secondary certification in Psychiatry. This enhances Joe’s ability to provide comprehensive mental health support in hospice care. His dedication to holistic, patient-first healthcare continues to drive Trinity’s mission of excellence.
